「What to do in Yahiko Village | Niigata, Japan」は、コンセプトが特別な番組ではなく、東京から上越新幹線に乗ってきて、弥彦、燕三条、寺泊をめぐる旅映像。日本人がつくるのとは違う欧米テイストの仕上がりで、カメラワークもすばらしい。
Learn about and explore what to see and do in the hidden gem of Yahiko Village in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. Completely worthwhile btw!

Breakfast, lunch, dinner or supper, I would have Char Kuey Teow especially when it is in Penang! Everybody loves a plate of smoky hot Penang Char Kuey Teow, who doesn’t! When I first started cooking this dish, I did not manage to get it look like CKT at all. Too soggy, too hard, not smoky. It looks simple but those guys at the hawker stall sure had their tricks. So, this is the simplest CKT you can get and just in case you want to drop comments like:
– Where is the lard?!?!?!
– Give me the blood cockles!!!!
– What about preserved cabbage?!?!
Just remember that you can feel free to add them all if that is what you prefer or if it is accessible! It definitely makes the plate of CKT more flavourful! Good luck with you plate of CKT. Remember, one plate at a time 😉

Prepare to walk back through the centuries on your visit to Melaka Historical City, located on the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
A Melaka Historical City tour will take you back through centuries of different rulers. Always a busy trading hub, Melaka Historical City has been ruled by the Portuguese, the Dutch, and the English over the last several hundred years. Each empire left its own stamp on the city, from architectural styles to cuisine. Spend an afternoon exploring the ruins of A Famosa, a fort that at one time was an emblem of Portuguese power. On the same day, spend the evening in the shadow of colorful Dutch buildings, some of which date back to the 1650s.
No matter what else you do during your Melaka Historical City sightseeing, don’t miss out on the Jonker Walk. This tour encompasses Jonker Street and the area around it, and includes the Cheng Hoon Teng Temple, a 17th-century structure believed to be the oldest Buddhist temple in the country. Additionally, if you’re visiting on a Friday or Saturday evening, the Jonker Walk Night Market is the perfect place to score a bargain on local food and artwork, as well as watch talented street performers.
